2. Pay Salaries via Bank Account: Avoid cash transactions; make all payments through bank accounts. If your staff doesn't have one, assist them in opening an account, as a BVN is required for account setup in Nigeria.

3. Document and Verify Guarantors: Always request family members as guarantors and record their names, addresses, and contact details. Confirm with the guarantors that they are aware of their role, and if possible, communicate directly with them or arrange a meeting.

4. Document and Evaluate Recruitment Agency: If you hire employees through an agency, register the agent on our database and assess the quality of their recommendations. Be cautious of agents who frequently relocate domestic workers, as this may indicate potential issues.
